Stephen Roldan has served the Deaf/HH/DB communities in a number of capacities over the years. Professionally he has been a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor for the Deaf, Statewide Coordinator of Deaf Services (Washington State), Statewide Program Manager for Deaf/HH (California), and Director of Disabled Students Programs and Services at Cuesta College. Currently he works for the state of Virginia as the Regional Counselor for the Deaf in the Greater Richmond Area. He has also been the President for ADARA, a national organization for professionals who serve Deaf/HH populations in various fields.
He has two callings: Gospel Doctrine teacher and Richmond temple ordinance worker. He and his wife Joan, have been married for 30 years and have 5 children.
