Martin Price grew up in Washington, DC area and joined the Church while a student at Gallaudet many years ago with profound thanks to many dear friends who introduced him to their faith.   After serving a mission in Chicago and New York City, he pursued a couple of degrees in education.  He has been a teacher, curriculum specialist, and principal of both middle and high schools at Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind for 21 years.  In 2015, he moved to Salt Lake City to work for a video relay service where he was the Director of Community Relations which gave him an unique opportunity to meet many people all across America.   Missing the kids, he returned to education as a director/principal of Kenneth Burdett School of the Deaf in Ogden, Utah which is one of the 4 campuses of Utah Schools of the Deaf and the Blind.  He was called recently to serve as the Bishop of the Salt Lake Valley 2nd Ward.
