Jonathan resides in Orem, he is a member of the Utah Valley Ward. He currently serves as the Elders Quorum president. He has served on the high council and other various callings previously. He has been married for 28 years to his wife and has 5 children. He loves the gospel and is always learning more about Jesus Christ. He teaches gospel lessons weekly on zoom. Participants join him all over the world. He is a 7th generation convert, his great great grandfather is Joseph Elias Johnson. His older brothers and sisters converted and learned the gospel from Joseph Smith. Jonathan loves to read and study his ancestors’ conversion stories and testimonies of the gospel. He also loves to learn about church history of the early saints.
