Background
Lance Pickett is a creative strategist with a curious mind, a defiant streak, and a habit of starting far too many DIY projects (finishing them is another story). Born in Salt Lake City and now living in Eagle Mountain, Utah, he’s been married to JanaLee for 24 years and is the proud dad of three kids—and two dogs who occasionally listen.
By day, Lance serves as the Director of the Division of Services of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DSDHH). By night (or whenever he can find a spare moment), he’s experimenting with woodworking, tracking options trades, or camping in his teardrop trailer to escape it all.
He’s also passionate about helping others explore alternative paths to financial independence. He brings curiosity, independence, and a touch of rebellion to everything he does… unless it involves finishing that one project in the shop. He’ll get to it. Probably.
