Craig Radford has been Deaf since birth. He has an older Deaf brother, Curt Radford. Craig spent nine years attending the Idaho School for the Deaf and the Blind before transitioning to a mainstream school in Eastern Idaho. After graduating high school, he went on to earn degrees in English and Business from Utah State University.

Craig is the proud father of five children, two of whom are Deaf.

He is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of 360 Direct Access, a company that provides innovative and cost-effective solutions to improve accessibility for Deaf employees and customers, enhance brand equity, and help businesses attract and retain customers. Craig currently serves as a youth leader in Pocatello, Idaho.
